This two-day training will offer entry-level operators classroom and stick-time training for Cat Excavators. Participants will learn how to safely operate and maintain an Excavator.

Topics will include personal safety, machine safety, and work area safety. Participants will learn how to maintain an Excavator by locating, identifying, and describing functions of the engine, powertrain, steering, braking and hydraulics. Participants will also learn how to complete walkaround inspections, locate, identify and describe operator controls, switches, and gauges. including warning levels.
